Enjoy Your Trip

Start with a complimentary consultation. We’ll discuss your ideas, budget and travel style, then outline the planning process and any fees before you commit.
For cruises, all-inclusive vacations and simple hotel bookings, a $100 planning deposit allows me to begin researching and arranging your trip. This deposit is refunded once your booking is paid in full. (See planning deposit & cancellation information below)
For custom itineraries, trips with multiple destinations and complex group travel, I’ll provide a separate planning fee quote based on the work involved before research begins.
Once you’ve selected your trip, I’ll coordinate bookings and explain supplier deposits, payment deadlines and cancellation terms. Travel supplier payments are separate from my planning deposit or fee.
You’ll receive your confirmations and travel details before departure, with personal guidance and a familiar point of contact along the way.
