Signature Itinerary planning is ideal for multi-country vacations, luxury milestone travel, complex honeymoons and journeys involving numerous accommodations, transfers, tours, experiences and reservations. Your trip may include comprehensive itinerary design, hotel selection, transportation coordination, private transfers, rail planning, tours and experiences, dining recommendations, special-occasion planning and a detailed day-by-day itinerary. Planning Fees are based on the length and complexity of your trip. After your initial consultation, I’ll confirm your planning fee before custom planning begins. Custom Journey Planning and Revisions Your custom planning fee includes an initial itinerary and up to two rounds of revisions within the agreed travel dates, destinations, budget, and number of travelers. Please submit your requested changes together for each revision round. Additional revisions or substantial changes to the original trip scope may require an additional planning fee, which will be quoted for your approval before further work begins.
